Accessibility: Our property is a two storey townhouse, downstairs you will find the master bedroom and ensuite, lounge area, dining area, kitchen and laundry. Upstairs you will find two more bedrooms and the main bathroom.

Neighbourly Consideration: Our property is nestled in a vibrant community, so please be mindful of our neighbours during your stay. Keep noise levels down, especially during late hours, to ensure everyone's enjoyment.

Climate Control: Stay comfortable year-round with our reverse-cycle split system air conditioning. You'll find a unit in the lounge room

Cool Comfort: For additional comfort, all bedrooms are equipped with portable fans to keep you cool on warmer days, or simply open the windows of the evening to enjoy the coastal breeze.

BBQ Etiquette: Enjoy a sizzling barbecue on our outdoor grill, but please remember to clean it thoroughly after use. Failure to do so may result in an additional cleaning fee.

Parking Information: Our property features a standard residential garage for your vehicle. Please note that there are height restrictions, so larger vehicles may not be suitable. For your safety and convenience, on-street and driveway parking are not permitted.
